When & Where? The 9th Annual Education Reach for Texans Conference is hosted by North Central Texas Community College (NCTC), Texas Woman’s University (TWU), and the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton, Texas. The conference dates are Friday and Saturday June 1-2, 2018 and the event will be held at the Embassy Suites (3100 Town Center Trail, Denton, TX 76201).
Who Attends? For the past 8 years 150-200 child welfare practitioners, researchers, and foster care liaisons and advocates join us for our annual conference.
What to expect? The conference offers high-quality professional development workshops and a chance to connect with like minded professionals from across the state of Texas.

Can I pay for my registration with a check? No. Payment is accepted only by credit card through Eventbrite.
Will you offer CEU or contact hour certificates? Yes, we will have 11-hours of training sessions which equates to 1.0 CEU per hour, or 11 contact hours for Social Work, MFT, or LPC. Texas Woman's University has graciously offered to manage the process for providing a CEU for Social Work, MFT, and LPC contact hour certificate to convening attendees. There will be no additional cost for the certificates.
When does online registration end? Online registration ends on May 31, 2018.
Is my registration/ticket refundable? Partially. You may request a refund of your registration fee prior to May 1, 2018. A handling fee will be charged based on the type of registration purchased (e.g., a General Admission registration has a $50 fee resulting in a $50 refund; a Student Admission registration has a $10 fee resulting in a $25 refund). There will be no refunds after May 1, 2018. Rather than requesting a refund, you can transfer your registration to another individual.
Is my registration/ticket transferable? Yes, but please contact the organizer (Shannon Mann-Butler at Shannon.Mann@austin.utexas.edu) so that we can update the registration information to ensure we know who is coming .
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can save your ticket on your phone or print a ticket to make the check-in process easier, but it's possible to check in without as well!
