8th Annual Convening

Hello everyone! 
In 2 days we will all meet to exchange ideas, network, and catch up on your progress. This email is informational to provide you with important information for your trip. 
Important information about parking: Instead of having each individual particpant get a visitor pass, the parking office has agreed to not ticket cars during our convening. From June 11-13, you can park anywhere on campus in a legal spot (no handicap parking unless you have a tag or plate) without getting ticketed. You do not need to print out a visitor pass. If you already registered your vehicle, you can choose whether or not to print out your pass. One is not required.

Registration -
The conference is held in the Sam Rayburn Student Center on the second floor.  
The registration table is in the foyer outside Ballroom A, B, and C. Pre-conference attendees can register on Sunday before the workshop. The workshop is from noon-4pm. All others can register on Monday starting at 7:30am. See the campus map above for directions to the Student Center. 
Your conference ticket includes two hot breakfasts, two lunches, and two afternoon snacks. We like to keep our participants alert with plenty of caffeine. 
Presentation Materials - Each participant will have access to all presentation materials on our website after the convening. 
CEU and Convening Evaluation - After the convening, each participant will need to fill out an evaluation online. The link will be sent to your inbox Tuesday afternoon, June 13th. You will recieve your CEU electronically within 3 weeks after you fill out an evaluation.
